Weekly Menu

Every week I will publish a new menu on Thursday afternoon for orders to be delivered the following Tuesday evening. I work out of a commercial kitchen with fixed hours, so that is our current (and only!) schedule for now.

Ordering will be available until 6pm on Sunday, or until that weeks portions are fully allocated.

Ordering

Order by Sunday for your dinner on Tuesday.

Go to the order page and select the number of meals and extras you like to order. When your cart is complete, click on the cart icon, and fill out you information and delivery address. After you pay by credit or debit card you will receive a confirmation email.

Due to limited kitchen capacity some dinners and add-ons (especially the soups!) can be sold out earlier than Sunday.

Delivery

I cook at the commercial kitchen at St. Barnabas on Wyatt Way, so at the moment it is not possible to pick up your order. For a small delivery fee of $4, I will bring it to your house between 4:00 - 6pm.

All the food will be delivered cool/cold. If you will not be home for delivery, please put a cool box with ice packs on your porch and I can put your dinner inside. Due to health department regulations I am not allowed to leave your order on your porch.

Heating Up

Each menu I deliver will have included heat-up instructions, specific to that meal, generally for your oven or microwave. The instructions will also be available online.

Sustainability and Containers

My goal is to have zero waste from packaging, and keep recyclables and compostables to a minimum.

Meals are served in glazed porcelain or glass dishes, which will make your dinner table more gezellig (cozy). Adds-ons are packaged in reusable glass jars. The jars are yours to keep, but I WOULD LOVE to reuse them (incl. caps) if you don’t have a need for them. Please note the cling wrap is compostable.

After dinner, please rinse your dishes and jars and put them back in the delivery bag. With the next delivery, I will pick up last week’s bag including all used dishes to sanitize before the next use.
