Sambal Tomato
Sambal is the national chili/relish of Indonesia, and Sambal Tomato is a chili sauce with a tomato reduction which is just a bit spicy, just a bit sweet and all delicious. You can pair with blanched vegetables, fried tofu/chicken, and of course spice up your nasi goreng! I personally like to add it to my toast and cheese in the morning. It will stay good in the fridge for 4 weeks, but I bet you it will be consumed way sooner😊
